A COMPLETE ENGINEERING TEAM
Mechanical Design, PLC Programming & System Integration
From your product, production target and factory constraints, we develop a coordinated printing-system concept.
01 Mechanical Design & Tooling
3D layout, part-holding fixtures and changeover access developed around your product and print location.
02 PLC & HMI Development
Operating sequences, parameters, alarms and interfaces defined around the agreed machine functions.
03 Printing Automation Integration
Part handling, printing and agreed process modules coordinated into the proposed workflow.
Engineering imagery is illustrative. Machine configuration and project scope are agreed individually.
ENGINEERING SYSTEM OVERVIEW
Custom Printing Automation: From Loading to Inspection
Process modules are selected around the product, substrate and agreed project scope.
Load & locate
Feed and position the part.
Plan tooling, colours and print position.
Cure / treat
Review preparation and curing needs.
Inspect
Agree visual or inspection checks.
Unload
Transfer to the next process.
Mechanical layout + control sequence + operator access
Define the details before the machine is built.
01 Product & tooling
Part geometry, print area, substrate and sample requirements.
02 Layout & utilities
Machine footprint, access, power, air and line-transfer points.
03 Controls & interfaces
PLC/HMI functions, alarms, operating sequence and communications.
04 Sample & acceptance
Agreed print samples, operating checks and acceptance records.
Deliverables, program files and acceptance criteria are defined in the quotation.
OUR PROCESS
From First Brief to an Agreed Machine Build
1
Review your part
Understand the product, print target and constraints.
2
Develop the concept
Propose process, layout and tooling options.
3
Detail the design
Align mechanical and control-system scope.
4
Build & evaluate
Assemble and review agreed operating checks.
5
Prepare handover
Confirm documents, samples and support scope.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Printing Machine Engineering FAQs
Share product photos, dimensions, substrate, artwork and the required print position. Explain the production target and current difficulties. The review identifies missing information and whether representative parts are needed before a machine concept can be proposed.
Send the full range of parts and expected changeover frequency. Fixtures, adjustment ranges, print tooling and product settings can then be reviewed. A common machine configuration depends on compatibility across the proposed parts.
Agree the deliverable list before ordering, including relevant layouts, electrical information, operating instructions, program backups and access rights. Source-code ownership, third-party licences and editable files are subject to the written project scope.
Provide the line layout, available space, transfer height, utilities and upstream/downstream signals. Integration responsibilities, communication requirements and any modification to existing equipment must be agreed before design approval.
State your preferred controller, HMI, interface language and factory communication requirements in the brief. Component suitability, availability, software licensing and support scope should be confirmed in the quotation.
Define the representative parts, artwork, appearance, registration and operating conditions to be checked. Agree the sample quantities, run conditions, required records and procedure for resolving open items before shipment. Additional test requirements may affect scope and cost.
