We provide mechanical design for custom printing equipment, including machine layout and product-holding fixtures. The design review considers part dimensions, print access, adjustment, operator access and changeovers. Provide the full product range so fixture requirements and any limitations can be identified early.

We develop control programs and operator interfaces for the agreed machine functions. Discuss operating sequences, alarms, interlocks, product settings and interface language during the design stage. If the machine connects to existing equipment, provide the communication and signal requirements; controller selection, documentation and program access are agreed in the project scope.
